Roosevelt offered a profound moral defense of our civilization: “Today the whole world is divided between human slavery and human freedom—between pagan brutality and the Christian ideal. We choose human freedom—which is the Christian ideal.”
Uprooted and transplanted which leads to my view of the world being, sometimes, a bit different than most. Not always right, not always wrong. I just think too much and had to find a way to get it all out of my head.
