You can't read a Bible, have a Prayer for the Judeo-Christian God, speak about your beliefs if they are Judeo-Christian but thankfully you can speak about and learn and pratice the wonderfully misunderstood religion of peace, Islam in Public life.

Here is an excerpt from the Marietta Daily Journal (link in title) about a 7th grade lesson that is being taught throughout Georgia:

“My name is Ahlima” was the lesson our kids were assigned. Written in a narrative style reminiscent of the popular American Girl doll stories, Ahlima is a fictional, 20-year-old woman who loves life under the abuyah (black veil) and promotes a rosy and incomplete picture of life as an Islamic woman to our impressionable seventh-graders. Her words go far beyond fashion advice or culture. Ahlima feels safe under Shariah law and lectures well on its virtues — but forgets its evils.

To be sure, Ahlima’s disrespect for Western women is apparent to adults. The character brags about her upcoming marriage (she’ll be the second wife, as though seventh-graders really get that) and promotes Islamic polygamy “because the prophet was trying to raise women up. He was very loving to women when many other men in his day were not.”

Slavery has never looked better.  Doesn't mention anything about feeling safe while being honor murdered, raped or stoned to death.  Guess we should just be thankful she was allowed to learn how to read & write so she could share with us her cozy life.

Can you imagine if this were a Christian lesson, what the “moral” outrage of the Left would be?  Oh wait, Liberals already think Christians are like this and froth at the mouth over Christian’s backward ways.  If Christianity were like this, only in a Leftists deranged dreams are they like this, then why is it ok for Muslims to act like Christians?  And then why is it ok to indoctrinate/teach Islam to our children and at such a young age also excluding Christianity at every step no matter the age of the children? 

Is this then a glaring example of the unhinged or demented or completely psychotic mind of Leftists?  You betcha.  Not to mention their absolute hatred for the Judeo-Christian God and everything to do with it which includes America.

Note to that POS Bob Beckel- you’re a Christian, only by your own words, who states that you don’t want Christianity in your Government which means you don’t want America since America was created upon Judeo-Christian values.  Its already there BOB!  Either you’re amazingly uneducated or a tremendous liar.  I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt Bob, you’re not ignorant, you’re a liar.  Which makes you, Bob, a traitor as well but I digress.  One more thing, I use Bob as an example since he exemplifies what a lunatic in reason’s clothing looks like.  Lastly,  please excuse the language but its perfect when describing him or those like him.

There’s a reason for why the Left not only tolerates Islam but of why it actually tolerates & promotes it.  You can find the answers as to why if you study the relationship between the Nazi’s & Islam back in WWII.  They were each others BFF’s to say the least.

When will America wake up?  Unfortuantely the more extreme the attacks on America the more extreme the measures will have to be when it finally does wake up.  And make no doubt about it, America will wake up.

Obama or Hillary?

I get the sneaky feeling that whoever the nominee will be for the Republicans that they won't be running against Obama, rather it will be Hillary.

I believe that not only do the Democrats realize that Obama is losing more and more support but that all the Republican arguments have been tailored to defeating Obama.  Another candidate would throw the Republican's off their game giving the new candidate a very nice head start.

Obama is not the problem.  Obama is just the most honest representation of what the Democratic party has become, but not the problem.  Obama is the most current face upon a sinister plot to change America from it's foundations all the way to the top.

By the way, why is that allowed?  People keep mindlessly citing we are a Free Society, everyone should have an opinion!  True, but being Free does not mean allowing Freedom to be destroyed.  Like Lemmings these people are being driven over a cliff while chanting "Free speech! Free speech!".  But I digress.

The real problem is not Obama or even Hillary, but their religion of which they are merely it's practitioners.  The religion is a brand of Socialism that favors a rigid, oppressive, heaven-on-earth, thoroughly Secular society.  Socialism is a religion with many denomination sprouting from it - Fascism, Communism, National Socialism, Corporatism, (now) America's Democratic party & more.

To call someone a Liberal is missing most of the problem.  To call them a Radical Secularist is missing the point as well.  To argue that Obama must go is a trap.  Smoke & mirrors are a Socialists best friend & the Republicans have been chasing them through this maze for much too long.

We are in a religious war of ideas & the Republicans need to begin to argue accordingly.  Arguing with or against the latest "face" will not solve any problems nor further the cause of Freedom.  When the real enemy is not named or known for that matter, then nothing can be won since we weren't fighting the true battle much less the true war.

So far Newt Gingrich has been the only one to argue in these terms.  The terms that state we are fighting ideals & idealouges not the present representation of them.  In fact, he has been arguing this way all along.  We just haven't been listening.

Newt not afraid of debating Obama

I've had so many that do not support Newt say that they don't know if he's electable but boy would they pay real money to see a debate between him and Obama.

Maybe we should start a petition to make this happen, anyone?

Judicial takeover that threatens America

Radical secularists resent religion for many historical, philosophical, and psychological reasons. But in light of their quest to impose their will upon the judiciary, the federal government, and ultimately the American people, they primarily begrudge religion for one reason: because faith reminds us of the need for humility, and of the limits and dangers of men who wield power.

But with radical secularism becoming established as the judiciary’s guiding ideology, that debate is being taken from the people and lorded over by enrobed activists whose moral compass is drastically at odds with that of the vast majority of their countrymen.

Finally, radical secularist thinking is ultimately sectarian and partisan. It turns the coercive power of government against the Judeo-Christian tradition that animated America’s founding, and indeed, the advent of Western civilization. Traditional moral reasoning is displaced and stigmatized in order to make room for unelected judges’ arbitrary moral views.

My note:

When reading these excerpts you think that it is about Secularism vs Judeo-Christian values.  The reason I chose Human Nature in the title was to highlight that the Judeo-Christian tradition uniquely takes Human Nature into account, not by basing itself upon it but rather as a Mirror of Human Nature.

There are no checks & balances in a Secular system like those of a Judeo-Christian tradition.  The JC Tradition respects Man whereas the Secular barely recognizes him.

One of my goals in studying Philosophy is to better understand the where & why of Secular thought.  Why it claims to help mankind while taking no notice of it.

Secularism is only a part of Philosophy though.  Not the whole since it is a more recent development in the Political side of Philosophy.  Yet is has become the religion of choice amongst our Elites. 

The Never-ending Struggle

Just finished reading Rush Limbaugh's thoughts on last nights debate.  He made some interesting if not telling comments about Newt Gingrich.

Comments:

And Newt last night, you know, you look at Newt Gingrich and you can't help but have the reaction, "Gosh, what could have been?"  Honestly, folks, what could have been? I mean Newt kept it focused last night.  Newt was like the adult in the room with some of the things that he said.

And the people on that stage last night that kept it focused on health care, Obamacare, and the economy, deserve plaudits, and that's Bachmann and Newt.  

So, all in all, folks, just from a pure enjoyment standpoint, that thing was good television last night. Gingrich and Herman Cain, they just... I love 'em! I just love 'em. With Newt, as I say (sigh), "What could have been! What could have been!"

Rush knows that what we are going through now need never have happened. 

If only the self-righteous, myself included, had not thrown Newt out of power before he could make the changes permanent.  We have only ourselves to blame.

Now we have the opportunity to right the wrong & vote the best person for the job back into office and let him make it permanent this time around.

Lets not have to ever say again “What could have been!  What could have been!”

The Newt Difference

CNN GOP debate

The Palmetto Freedom Forum was the best debate to date due only to its format.  But tonights CNN debate was quite good, very much unlike the last two that they butchered.

First, after having vetted all the other candidates I have chosen to support Newt Gingrich.  Since I started with the other candidates before ending up with Newt, my thoughts will not be tainted in favor of Newt, instead it will reflect why I chose to leave them for Newt.  And tonights debate has only strengthened my resolve for Newt & confirmed my reasons for leaving the other candidates.

My thoughts on the candidates are as follows:

Ron Paul -

Why is he not in jail, at least a straight-jacket?  First he states literally that Iran should have a Nuke and now he actually blames America for 9/11.  The auditorium exploded in Boo's while I was hoping more for a storming of the stage with torches and pitchforks.   Also, talk about a Jekyll & Hyde complex.  On Healthcare or Economics he is brilliant but then has a complete meltdown into insanity when speaking about Foreign Policy.  Said it before, will say it again, if you're in Israel or Taiwan or S. Korea... get out if Ron Paul gets elected.  This guy is a genocidal maniac.  But then again, by the time of the elections there probably won't be an Israel, Taiwan, or S. Korea thanks to Obama.

Rick Perry -

He is a modern day Pharisee & he is leading his flock over a cliff.  Mixed metaphors there but each stands on its own.  His halo took quite a ding tonight with the HPV & tuition for illegal aliens.  But what knocked it off, for me at least, was that he persisted in lying about it.  Lying that is was all for the good of the people.  Truthfully outing himself as a dangerous man who thinks if he's right about something, he will use the force of government to accomplish his benevolent goals.  He loves you man.  A Marxist in Pharisee's clothing he is.

Mitt Romney -

A polished look with polished talking points.  The guy literally sparkles.  Would make a good ornament on your Christmas tree but the Presidency is not for show, its a real job (contrary to what you see in DC at the moment Mitt with Obama).  True, he was very effective beating up on Perry but that says more about how weak Perry truly is and nothing about Romney.  He would not be able to out-debate Obama unfortunately.  As I've stated many times, whatever you think of Obama, he's not stupid just blinded by Marxist benevolence.  But Mitt sure is sparkley!

Jon Huntsman -

A RINO in DNC clothing.  Polished like a wax figure.  Would make a good Animatron at Disney.  Pull his string & get talking points galore with bonus material highlighting the State of Utah as sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.

Rick Santorum -

Nice guy.  Good values.  Probably a really good neighbor to have.  Probably would be a great President one day but not this time around.  He stated once he started out his career under the tutelage of Newt Gingrich.  Impressive but he still sounds like he needs to be tutelled a bit more.  Might even make a good VP but then again, Biden has probably made it look easier than it actually is.

Michelle Bachmann -

I hate the way GOP women are treated but since I pointed out how sparkley or waxen two of her competitors are, I guess I can comment on her hairspray & botox.  Both of which looked like they had been dialed back by 50% which was a good thing.  Last debate it was very hard to look at her, which made it hard to listen to her.  I'm only human peoples!

I was impressed by her tonight when she outed Perry, very impressive.  Not hard to do to a phoney but she brought up stuff that no one had even mentioned before.  Good job and commendable. Unfortunately, she still has a track record of Zero in all the fights she keeps touting she has started.  In the real world its not how you start but how you finish.  So far, no finish, hasn't won a fight yet.  Therefore, a bad argument for her.

Herman Cain -

Nothing new from him tonight.  Had a good zinger about knowing how government works- it doesn't.  Good laughs on that one.  But he really sounds like a broken record after a while.

IMHO he also uses a really bad argument to give himself credence and that is he was successful in Corporate America.  I have a huge dislike for Corporate America because of what it has become, very impersonal, emasculating, & justifying every decision by formula and not by common sense.  Corporatism has become a shadow of Socialism.  We don't need our Government to become more Socialist albeit on a different level.  Additionally, turning a Corporation around with "Yes" men is one thing, turing around a corrupt system bigger than any Corporation on the planet is another.

Another ding on Cain that has never been mentioned until tonight, he was a member of the Federal Reserve.  Cannot support him after that.  He is an insider when he says he is not.

Newt Gingrich -

The introduction by CNN said it all... The Big Thinker.  What they cannot bring themselves to say is that he is also The Big Do'er.  He not only can think but he can then put those thoughts into action.  Just remember 1994.  But tonight, like every night he's on stage, Newt answers with authority, wisdom, & a thoughtfulness that makes people think.

Stern magazine in Germany noted that Newt won the last debate if it went by an Applause-O-Meter and tonight was no different.  People recognize real knowledge.  People recognize genuine concern as well.  His answers reflect a concern for this Nation that the other candidates cannot portray through their talking points.  He is the only one that when he speaks is not asking for a vote but for action to save the Nation now.  That is the Newt Difference.

There is also a Newt Effect.  The effect that has made the other candidates step up their game & actually speak about issues from a Constitutional standpoint.  In other words, the students are trying to keep up with the Teacher.

I think that Newt should leave his students behind and go take on the headmaster of the opposition, Obama.  I've had so many tell me they would pay real money to watch that debate.  And that from those who don't know if Newt is electable!  Which leads to a discussion of personal feelings versus knowing whats best for the country... but thats for another day.  Do the current draconian election laws allow for Pay-per-View?

All the candidates, except for Huntsman & Perry (Paul is just a nut), have their good points.  But none have the experience, knowledge, or success of Newt Gingrich.

Tonight was a good debate but a Newt vs Obama would be the Christmas & Superbowl of debates!

That sums it up.  NFL and FoxNews did a much better job of honoring & memorializing 9/11 than Bloomberg.  Not to mention that the site is still under construction nor the fact that Muslims will have a mosque almost on top of that site before the towers will be finished... something they like to do wherever they have a new conquest.

One sees the beauty and strength of America through its Civic societies, volunteer organizations, through its Military & Firefighters & Police & similar public servants.

But when you turn to America's politicians then all that is seen is tremendous weakness, moral decay, & ever increasingly un-American behaviors that give courage and comfort to our enemies.

It is a sad day in America when the true Hero's cannot be remembered.  Even sadder when the true enemy is not allowed to be identified.  Revisionist history in action.

In the eighteenth century, governments throughout the world suppressed civic groups as threats to their power. But America was different from the start. As historian Gordon Wood observes, after the American Revolution “newly independent American men and women came together to form hundreds and thousands of new voluntary associations expressive of a wide array of benevolent goals,” including “mechanics societies … orphans’ asylums … societies for the promotion of industry, indeed societies for just about anything and everything that was good and humanitarian.” Wood further notes, “There was nothing in the Western world quite like these hundreds of thousands of people assembling annually in their different voluntary associations and debating about everything.

Newt on limitations of Government

Both Tocqueville and the Founders realized that government could not and should not replace civil society, because the static and singular nature of government cannot accommodate the manifold needs of American citizens.

Furthermore, when the government intervenes, it often lassoes private associations with new and cumbersome rules and regulations that discourage new membership and sap further initiative by private citizens. As civic society diminishes, those in need are forced to turn to the bureaucratic institutions that have assumed a dominant position. This creates greater and greater dependence on ineffectual and stultifying government action, and individuals become less free, less virtuous, and less well-served.

The more government centralizes social programs, the more it tends to depersonalize and alienate the individuals it is meant to protect and serve. It reduces the individual, to paraphrase Karl Marx, to an “appendage of the bureaucratic state,” which tries to assume control of more and more of our personal responsibilities.

To maximize freedom, power should be vested as close to the individual as possible. This principle of localism, or what is described in Christian social teaching as subsidiarity, acknowledges that the smaller and more decentralized the decision-maker, the better the decision-maker can personalize the decision to the individuals affected and protect their dignity and freedom.

My thought - 

What we see today is so fundamentally opposed to the original intents by the Founders of this country.  

It never should have been allowed to happen.  This "Change" should never have been allowed to happen.  And it has been happening for decades.

Giving people the Freedom to destroy their Freedom is not an exercise of Freedom.  

It is an exercise in Lunacy at best, Treason at worst.

We are supposed to set an example to the World, a better example, one that gives people a choice between Freedom and the corrupt systems of Socialism they live under presently.

Newt Gingrich understands.  I hope the rest of the Nation begins to wake up.
